Terms of use

The terms on which Borneo Nectar Industries Sdn. Bhd. publishes this site. There is no shop here, so these terms cover the site itself, not the supply of goods.

See also the privacy notice.

Who these terms are from

This website is published by Borneo Nectar Industries Sdn. Bhd. (SSM registration number 1435626-P), of Lot 938, Block 7, MTLD, Lorong Demak Laut 7A, Demak Laut Industrial Park, Jalan Bako, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is an information site about our company and our products. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no part of it forms a contract.

You cannot buy anything here. There are no accounts, no payments and no orders. Supply is arranged separately, in writing.

Product information

Specifications, formats and descriptions are published in good faith and describe our products as they are made at the time of publication. They are for guidance.

The specification that applies to any consignment is the one confirmed in the written agreement or order acknowledgement for that consignment, not the one on this site. Where the two differ, the written agreement governs.

We may change our range, our formats and our specifications without notice. Photography is illustrative, and packaging may differ from what is shown.

Enquiries and samples

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve stock, or commit either of us to anything.

Samples are supplied at our discretion for assessment. A sample is representative of a production batch rather than identical to one, and approving a sample does not by itself set a contractual specification.

Recipes

The recipes on this site are published for domestic cooking and as an illustration of how our sugars behave. They are not commercial formulations, and quantities have not been scaled or validated for manufacturing.

You are responsible for food safety, allergen management and labelling in your own kitchen or plant. Check the ingredients you use against your own requirements.

Nothing on this site is dietary, nutritional or medical advice.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, illustrations, page designs and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Our brand names, logos and packaging designs are ours.

You may read the site, and you may print or save pages for your own reference or for an internal purchasing assessment. You may not republish, sell, or use any part of it commercially, and you may not use our brand names or logos, without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not control, the link is for convenience. We are not responsible for that site's content, its accuracy, or how it handles your data.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it, including lost profit, lost business, or loss arising from a decision taken on the strength of a published specification.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects the terms of a separate written supply agreement between us. Where such an agreement exists, it governs the supply and these terms govern only the site.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.

Last updated 10 September 2026.

[TO CONFIRM — these terms were drafted from what this site does and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. The limitation of liability and the governing law clause should be checked before launch, alongside the privacy notice.]
